Before launching Our Coaching Initiative in 2023, I spent over 20 years as an executive business coach at industry-leading firms (Northwestern Mutual, LPL Financial, TD Ameritrade, Janus Henderson).

I know this industry. I know what it costs to perform your way through someone else's definition of success. To stay in rooms that drain you. To take on clients because it's expected, not because you enjoy working with them. To let others control your time and energy so you don't get called difficult.

I know how many people inside it are quietly running on fumes. Women, neurodivergent humans, people from communities this industry was not built for, doing extraordinary work with almost none of the support they actually need. Overperforming advisors who have built impressive practices and feel disconnected inside them. Heart-led life planners giving everything to their clients with nothing left for themselves.

A better strategy won’t fix that. Neither will someone else’s “best practice.”

What fixes it is the foundational, internal, honest work. Understanding your nervous system, getting clear about what you actually desire, and building a life and business that doesn't require you to disappear inside it.

This is a space for you to discover what works for you. To practice showing up for yourself in a space that's genuinely safe. To become your own guide.
